Syntech International Srl can provide support to returning Clients, during the post-commissioning phase, but also to new Clients, guaranteeing a high-quality assistance according to their specific needs, for any critical situations that may arise.
Since this service is available not only for plants which have been designed and commissioned by our Company, but also for any new Client who may be in need of it, our policy is based on several strict principles of confidentiality and filing of Proprietary information.
Our Customer Service offers a series of specific post-commissioning services, which have been increasing our competitiveness on the market.

Services:

• Assistance to usual Clients during any critical situation arising in the post-commissioning phase.
• Normal maintenance of the plant equipment and process automation.
• Supply of spare parts of equipment, including both Borosilicate glass (BSG) and Glass lined steel (GLS) components.
• Supply of pure TEFLON gaskets.
• Supply of Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger and their PTFE components, like baffles, spacers, tie-rod, tube-plates, check-nut and their FEP/PFA Encapsulated ‘O’-Rings.
