Thanks to its highly-qualified and experienced staff, Syntech International Srl, can provide Clients with the best and up-to-date Process engineering solutions. Our Engineering services can be either basic or detailed, according to the specific needs of the project stage. These services constitute the so called “Engineering Package” and they are offered either to a main contractor within the framework of a global project, or directly to the plant-owner team for their internal project scope.
Here below, in the service section, we illustrate an example of the activities comprised in our Standard Engineering Package. Every package is carefully customized around the specific needs of the Client.

• Feasibility Studies.
• Site survey.
• Design of the technological process based on our Proprietary Technology.
• Development of projects based on Best Available Techniques (BAT).
• Technical discussions: support to the Client during technical discussions, key-decisions and meetings.
• Preparation of the Process Flow Diagrams (PFD).
• Symulation: Heat and Mass Balances for the Process plant and its Utilities.
• Supervision: periodical inspections of the installation.
• Process & Instrumental Diagrams: preparation of the P&IDs for the process plant and its utilities, including the action of the operational and safety interlocks.
• Equipment list & sizing: preparation of the list of equipment and vessels needed, as per the specific P&IDs, including the engineered specifications.
• Dimensioning of the utility-piping network, preparation of connection drawings, selection and dimensioning of control valves.
• Preparation of a Plant layout with basic sizing & design of the process building.
• Preparation of Operating manuals containing the correct procedures to adhere during Start-up, Normal running and Shut-down operations of the Plant.
• Co-ordination of the operators’ training at the Purchaser’s premises.
• Hazard and Operability Study: preparation of the HAZOP study documentation and leading of HAZOP meetings at the Purchaser’s premises.
